Unforseen delays meant that the Thermex Mini arrived as the other cars were lining up on the grid to begin the first race, but retirements during the race meant that the Mini was still able to finish 2nd in class despite eventually starting after the other drivers had completed 2 laps. The highlight of the race was the&amp;nbsp;battle for 4th&amp;nbsp;between Andy Mesham (Austin Mini Seven) and Ken Selfe (Mini Cooper S) who, on the last lap, took 4th place from Andy with a last second overtake.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;For race two, there were 13 cars starting on the grid. With Julian in the Thermex Mini starting 12th aware that if he could beat Anthony Warnes in the Wolesley Saloon, then he would win the class and also the championship in class C.&amp;nbsp;With this in mind it was full steam ahead and&amp;nbsp;the white Thermex Mini progressed through the field to finish an impressive 5th place over all and the class win. Subject to final verification, the class C championship winner is Julian Crossley in the Thermex Mini.
